Running Coach

Based in Muir of Ord in Ross-shire, I'm a UESCA certified running coach, have a HNC in Coaching and Developing Sport and a diploma in Personal Training. I'm also a Winter Mountain Leader and Rock Climbing Instructor. I've been interested in injury prevention through proper training and running form since I got achilles tendonitis in 2019.

Some of the races I have completed include The Moray Way Ultra 50 miler, Salomon Ring of Steall race, Highlander Backyard Ultra, Glencoe Skyline Race and the Salomon Lochaber 80k.
